Welcome to Boojoox! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our photography and videography services. By hiring us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer a range of photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

Wedding photography and videography
Music video production
Personal and family portrait
Modeling portfolio
Post-production and editing services
Commercial photography and videography
Corporate photography and videography

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking

To secure our services, clients must provide a signed contract and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service fee. This deposit ensures your reservation for the agreed-upon date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.2 Payments

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation

If you need to cancel our services, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date will require full payment of the agreed-upon fee.

3.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled service date. We will accommodate such requests based on availability.
If rescheduling within 30 days of the service date, an additional fee may apply.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Photography and Videography

We will deliver high-quality photography and videography services as per the contract specifications.
We retain the right to use our professional judgment regarding the style and composition of the photographs and videos unless specific requests are made in advance.

4.2 Editing and Post-Production

Post-production and editing services will be provided as specified in the contract.
Additional editing requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event or project and any specific requirements or preferences.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for shooting locations.
Clients must ensure that all participants are aware of and agree to being photographed or filmed.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All photographs and videos taken by us remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered photographs and videos for personal or commercial purposes as agreed in the contract.

6.2 Usage Rights

We reserve the right to use the photographs and videos for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or accidents.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Service Failure

If we are unable to provide services at your event due to unforeseen circumstances or if we lose your photos or videos, you will be entitled to a refund.
If you have paid the full amount, you will receive a full refund.
If you have only paid the deposit, you will receive your deposit back.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
